Here's the Truth
I wish that this blog was truly a "business." The truth is, it's more of a hobby. I spend hours (like sometimes I am up so late, I hear the birds waking up!) writing posts, taking pictures, and researching ideas I wish to share with my readers. My husband likes to frequently remind me that my time is worth money! To justify my blogging habit (and keep my husband on board!), I do accept several forms of paid advertising and sponsorships. You can learn more about these in my "Advertise" tab. I am fiercely protective of my readers, and I do screen the businesses that I choose to work with. As such, I only accept advertisers that are a good fit for my blog. I am a Mom first and a blogger second. I accept compensation in order to pay me back for my time away from Mom duties.
