We've gone a little buggy lately!
We have had SO much fun with our I is for Insects Mommy School unit! We have actually spent an entire month having all sorts of fun with bugs, bugs, bugs! Before we started this unit, Little Man was pretty squeamish when it came to insects. Now he's at least a little more friendly with these creepy crawlies!
Using a little spray adhesive and felt (plus some very necessary antennae!), we had fun dressing up as some of our favorite bugs...
Here are just a few of our favorite crafts and projects...
We spun a few spider webs
Did a bit of painting
Acted out the life cycle of a butterfly/caterpillar
Played some fun games like bee-sting tag
And practiced counting to 10!
One of my favorite projects was using our fingerprints to create all sorts of different insects for our Bug Word Wall.

A new Mommy School unit will be coming up soon!
Enjoy your weekend!
