I am so excited about today's tutorial!! I have wanted to make a rag blanket for a long, long time. But I always think of blankets as a mega-project. But this one is a piece of cake! And fun to make!
A few months back, I went to my dear friend Ann's baby shower, and we had a lovely time cutting the fringe and chit-chatting together. She took home her blanket that day for her baby, who was born just a few days later! This was a super-fun baby shower activity.
I studied her rag blanket and realized I could make my own fairly easily. So I taught myself how to make one. (As usual, this tutorial is based on "my" own trial-and-error method!) And if I can do it, then you can, too! Here are 7 easy steps to create your own simple rag blanket:
